Why will my printer not print?

Why will my printer not print black when the copier works?

• Ok so i have a canon mp560 printer. the printer has worked great now for about 4 months or so. We recently moved and took a special trip just with the computer equipment so it did not get damaged in the move. We hooked everything up and the printer worked but did not print in black. We took out the cartridges to see if they were dirty put them back in uninstalled the printer, reinstalled the printer, turned the computer on and off several times and nothing. We did a nozzle test and it did not print the black. we took the black out and put it back in and received an error message that it could not find the black ink even though it was in there. i went out and bought a brand new cartridge and tried it again. the nozzle test shows there is black. i can use the scanner and recieve black from the scanner but there is still no black when i print from the computer. i have tried photos and text and no black prints out.. the color has worked all along. help!

  Maybe the black nozzle is clogged. Try to contact the support of your printer and check for the product warranty. It is new then it still has a warranty.
