How can I stop my ink cartridges from printing purple?

I just replaced all my ink cartridges. The black and colors but why is it still printing in red?

• I just replaced all three of my Epson 69 colors(Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow Jaune) and I also replaced my black. I do not refill my ink I always buy new ones when they run out. Recently, like 3 days ago I had to recover my computer back to factory settings and since then my ink when I print something only prints red. How can I fix this. I know I am not low on any ink because I just spent 60 dollars 3 weeks ago on brand new ink. thanks

I get brand new T069 reusable cartridges from www.ccs-digital com for 50 cents. I pay 2.50 and get $2 back for the empties. I've been using them for years.
