My HP Officejet 5610 All-in-one printer being strange?

I have a problem about my printer . My printer number is HP Officejet 5610 All - in - One?

  • Some times I can not print my document or pictures ; I do not know what is a problem ? My printer 3 in 1 ( Copy , Fax , Scan and print )

you should be more specific....with computers and computer devices it's tough to troubleshoot w/t out info and even w/t it. For one make sure your color/black ink levels are both high or mid level. Secondly, try and get a test page for the printer. If it comes out correct it's not the drivers.......my grandmother has an officejet prob the same brand as you but hers prints photos and cd covers...mines is the same as yours and works perfect for me......hers sometimes not so well when trying to print the actual photos w/t the 4X5 glossy paper
