HP 2355 Ink Cartridge Problem?

• My printer has the error message, "The ink cartridge is not intended for use in this printer" I bought my printer in the US, but I currently live in the UK. I ran out of colored ink, and I replaced it with HP 343 (the UK HP ink cartridge number). It doesn't work at all. If I return the empty cartridge, I don't get the error message. I figured that it may not recognize the UK cartridge, but then how am I suppose to replace the ink here in the UK?

  Sorry, my friend, but I couldn't find anything on the HP (UK) website with regards to your HP PSC 2355 All-in-One Printer ... except that the HP 343 is, apparently, the correct tri-colour cartridge for your printer. There is, however, a page where you can contact HP via email, and that MAY help you sort out the 'problem' that you're experiencing. (Sadly, it seems that your printer will need to be within it's warranty period for HP to offer free help ... an all too common occurrence with some of these companies.)
