Why can't I stop my printer from printing when my computer is turned on?

One Day when my mom was trying to print out something for my grandparents unemployment, she tried to print out a page. Once it printed my mom thought for some reason that it wasn't the right page so she tried printing it again and turned into her pushing the print button alot and now it won't print if we tell it to. But it does print every time we turn on the computer it prints the document she was trying to print. I have no clue what to do. i canceled all the documents, i Unplugged the printer from the outlet and the computer. Please help?

try troubleshooting your printer.it will say printer error on the screen display.

unplug the usb cable, uninstall printer driver then restart your pc and try to reconnect install printer driver and check. Thanks & Regards Hussain

This is the problem of your printer. so please re-install the printer memory. It will work.
