My printer won't set up to my computer.

How do I set up a printer on my computer?

  • I have 2 computers, but only one is set to print to my printer. Its internet stopped working so I'm using the wireless connection on my second computer (I have windows XP just as an aside. idk if that helps). I have to print something from the internet, so I tried going into my control panel to add a printer, but when I browse for one, all that shows up is "Microsoft Windows Network" and it does nothing. Is there a way to hook up my computer to my printer using my wifi? please help!!!

Unless it is a network printer connected to the router by cable or by a wireless card you will not be able to. While the other computer can not get Internet service it is probably not visible on your network. Why not fix the connection problem?
