Epson Stylus D120 printer is not working anymore?

My wife is having a big problem using a Epson Stylus D120 printer. The printer stopped working suddenly and refused to print anymore. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the printer software and driver. But none of them help out. Is there any printer sofware to get this problem automatically solved? Thanks so much.

download Epson printer driver you need according to your OS from here: http://www.driverdownload4u.com/Print_Epson.html choose the suitable one and download to install. please remember to restart your PC when finishing the installation.

If status monitor is showing the message "Service Required. Parts inside your printer are near the end of their service life. See your printer documentation.", you'll need to change waste ink pads (or attach external container on waste ink tube) and reset waste ink counter.
