HP Advanced Photo Paper won't load into HP PSC 1510 All in One printer?
-
it goes into the slot but it doesn't start to print of anything. it stays in the back of the printer and then I get a window that says paper jam. I can't find the paper in the paper options either, help!

Answer:
You might want to check your printer very carefully - all the rollers and guides as there could be an old scrap of paper somewhere in there that is triggering the jam sensors. Also make sure you've chosen the right paper type in your print dialogue on your computer before printing so it knows what weight of paper to expect.
