How to fix HP Photosmart C4500 Printer?

  • Hi! I have a HP Photosmart C4599 printer that I bought about a year ago. I haven't used it in a few months, but up til now, it's worked fine. When I turned it on, it asked to print the alignment page, which I did, but instead of printing its usual thing, it just says "!IMPORTANT!" I have a macbook, and it has all the HP drivers preloaded, but for some reason I can't find the c4500 one (which I know was there before). Help! I have no idea how to fix it, and I don't have the disk with me.
