How do I share a printer between Windows XP and Windows 7?

Hello, my printer is connected to my desktop computer which is running Windows XP and I want to print from my Windows 7 laptop. My printer is already set up to share on the Windows XP computer, but when I go to set it up my laptop cannot find the Windows XP computer or my printer to connect to; both computers are on the WORKGROUP. Please help...thank you!

On your XP computer, right click the printer in control panel > printers & faxes. Choose Share.

Just install the printer software on the win7 pc. At some point, it will ask you if you are using a network printer. Select yes.
