How to set up my wireless printer with a new router?
-
I have a HP Photosmart C4585 wireless printer. I changed my internet service provider a few months ago and haven't used the printer since, now it won't work because my laptop won't connect to it. I can't find any USB or CD that I could use to reinstall the printer software, is there anyway to connect the printer without these? Thanks.

Answer:
yes if the printer is alright connected to network. then you can look up the IP address on the printer screen. It should something like 192.168.1.80. Then take that number and create a network IP printer and you may have to get the drive off of the internet, but that should work for you. Any more question Email at [email protected]
