The "?" key on my computer sometimes prints as É?

I have a dell 944 printer and it just stopped printing from computer but prints when i scan, any help?

• it was working for almost a year great on my dell xps 400 and now it just stopped printing anything from my computer. It just prints out blank pages. I even installed on my dell laptop and it still does the same thing. It will print out whatever i scan and thats it. trying to search for it on the web but found nothing. Have a kodak printer to that just did the the same thing. Weird.

  Have you checked dell website for latest drivers? If they're not on there try emailing them their out of warranty service is normally quite helpfull
