Why won't my printer print?

Why wont the printer print anything?

  • Ok, so i set up the printer today. i installed the software, the computer can recognize it, the usb cord is in, and its on. But when i tried to print something, there is an error and it wont print anything? why wont it print anything? its a brother hl 2140 if that helps. thanks!
