My officejet 6500 wirless printer wont print in black ink?

After connecting the printer cord to another computer then back to my laptop, it quit printing in black color, ive tried reseting the printer by holding the # and all sorts of different amounts of keys to reset the printer and nothing will work, any ideas? i dont think there is anything wrong with the printer heads because i have had this problem before and was able to fix it but cant remember how...

so you have to remember how you do that time... might want to check the ink level maybe it's out of ink and try cleaning the printer heads to...
