Having a problem with my canon printer?

I have a problem with my Canon PIXMA MP150 printer. Will someone help me through this?

  • I tried everything except calling customer service. I followed the user manual to identify the problem and followed the steps, but it didn't work. I still get the same problem. The problem is the auto paper feeder doesn't feed through the printer all the way. The paper feed through about an inch and a half. There is nothing I see wrong with it . No foreign objects inside and outside obstructing the printer. Please Help!

    Is this a brand new printer? and do you get any error messages or does the printer just freeze? If it is new I might consider taking it back. There is not any reason I can think of that would cause the printer to do this. But someone might know more about it than me. There usually is not much trouble shooting to do with printers.
