How can i install my HP Photosmart 7550 printer on Vista. I have tried the HP way of doing it and no luck.?

it works perfectly fine on XP, but the disk doesnt work on vista, any suggestions?

The disk is presumably for XP. You need to get the Vista-compatible software from the HP website

Hi there, I have had this the version that comes with the printer has bugs when installing it on Vista. Go to HP's web site and download the latest version. This will work. Regards Andrew

right, go to hp web site, select windows vista as ur operating system, enter your printer model, then download ur software. this will work.
