Having a problem with my canon printer?

My printer is a Canon i560--have a problem with the printer head & won t print. How do I fix this problem ?

  you could try to take the print head out and with a tissue or cotton bud lightly dab it in a bit of metho and wipe the copper plate on the back, and then wipe it where it meets in the printer. If this is dirty it will not connect to the printer properly and cause problems. If this doesn't work I'm afraid you'll need a new one. They are very expensive and I've seen them die in less than a month, and they don't generally come with a warranty. Otherwise you could just get a new one. Best of luck xx
