Why is my computer not printing?

My computer isn't printing, why?

• I'm trying to print something on my computer, and when I click on print, in less than a split second, it takes me back to where I can select how to print it,it's not printing, it keeps doing that, how can I fix it and why is it doing that? By the way, my printer/fax is plugged in.

  Do an uninstall and reinstall the software. It sounds like you are in a loop. That should take care of it.
