Which printer should I buy to print out a magazine.?

• I just opened up a magazine company, and we are about to print them out for the first time, but small in amounts of copy so I want to buy a good quality printer, that works fast and has high resoluton quality for colored pages that my employees can print them out. What would be a really good printer for that? And also that doesn't cost insane expensive.
