Is this a good personal laser printer?

Color Laser Printer: Need a good laser printer to print on cardstock.?

• Im looking for a color laser printer to do scrapbooking with. I would like for it to be close to 12" width (the size of a scrapbook page) and that can take cardstock. Laser is the cheapest in ink but i know i will pay more upfront. That is ok with me. Just need something in that width that does pretty good pics. It does not have to be photo quality. I will be doing more fonts and shapes rather than photos.

Here is a link to a paper size chart. http://www.papersizes.org/a-paper-sizes.htm Color laser printers are going to require these consumables: 1) Cyan, Yellow, Magenta, Black toner cartridges 2) Transfer Kit (Transfer belt and transfer roller) 3) Fuser kit (Fuser, pickup and feed rollers) Single pass printers may also have an optical drum for each color which also needs to be changed at 50,000 pages. Single pass color laser printers do not have the color cartridges on a carousel. The toner cartridges for an entry level printer cost about $60 ea. The transfer kit is about $100 and needs to be changed every 20,000 pages or more. The fuser kit is about $200 and needs to be changed every 100,000 pages. these pages counts vary between printers. Cost per page is usually about $.15 - $.60 depending on 6% - 60% coverage of the printed page.
