What is wrong with my printer?
-
I have a HP Photosmart Plus Printer and I just got new ink for it because I ran out. Well, I put in the ink, which I'm sure is the right kind, and turned my printer on. I was just about to print a picture, but then my printer shut off. Now it's hard to get on and when I do get it turned on, it'll only stay on for a bit and then shut back off. The weird part is that I can still hear the printer making noises, but it appears to be off. I thought that maybe the light was just dead or something, but that can't be because there were lights working beside the screen and whatnot. Can somebody please tell me how to fix my printer?

Answer:
have you tried to remove the ink cartridges and replacing it with the old ones? have you checked that those cartridges are the right type? maybe you broke something or something got stuck somewhere when you changed the cartridges.
