What's the best printer/scanner/fax/copier?

Printer/Fax/Copier/Scanner? (good name brand and >$300)?

  • ok i need a printer that is all-in-one. but it has to have a scanner, fax and copier. also i don't want it to run on ink, i want it to have toner since it would print quicker. please let me know of some printers that have these specifications. its for a small business so i need the faxes to be done quickly and print things quickly also. as of now i have a hp printer/scan/fax/scanner and its on ink but goes too slow. please let me know some good ones. PS. LESS THEN $300!

    I couldn't find any laser printers with the fax/copy/scan features, but I use the HP Officejet 6500. It's got wireless and wired Internet printing, too, so you can print/scan from any computer on your business network. It's REALLY speedy, and the cartridges last long and are pretty cheap. I have an HP. C4400 and I love it. Prints with cartridges, and set on draft fast setting, they fly out onto the floor "faster than anyone could bend down and pick them up"! Black cartridhes are cheap if you get the lage ones. Same size but twice the ink. Good Luck. "El Padrino".

get hp they get the most paper milage lol they get 300 pageses to the carteradge and a caterage cost 15 dollars its worth it

Canon is #1, As far as $300 dollars go, It will have to only for light usage, Otherwise it will be expensive to operate...The office max specials should be be ok for light usage only. Any business grade we have available.

My personal advice is to find a local dealer and rent one. You can negotiate service terms, for instance free paper and toner. It actually turns out cheaper in long run..and you have the option to upgrade anytime since your renting. You can get a whole lot more expensive machine this way without having to purchase it. I reccomend Canon. The first time someone yanks a piece of paper out of a 300 dollar machine, they could break sensor, then your down and out
