How can i install my canon printer with out installation disc?

Is there a way to install my printer without an installation disc?

Goggle the model number and it should give you a link to the main dell site with the download file for Dell 720 photo printer the first two commits are from people who do not know what they are talking about the first comment only works if they have a new model computer that downloads when you connect it might work but not in older computers how old I am not sure.
