How do I reset my settings?

Okay, i want to reset my settings on my computer, but how?

• my brother freaking jacked up the computer and the settings are all whacked. how the heck am i supposed to reset them? i have an HP. and when i say settings, i mean...the stuff you personalize, the stuff like how big the text is on your computer like the color you choose as default. i tried the whole high/low resolution stuff, and i tried different combonations, but nothing seems to work. and i cant get my little taskbar? toolbar? back! i had these little gadgets on there on the right side and...i dont know how to get it back! its so annoying what people do to the computer...

  There are too many settings for me to list all the instructions. Go to Control Panel and setup a new account for yourself. And don't share the password :-) Mike Honeycutt
