My Monitor Won't Work?

DVI input wont work, monitor going to sleep?

  • my DVI input wont work but weeks before it works perfectly fine. So now I have to use the VGA input and it works normally except when I play games. Sometimes the monitor wont display the images properly but when I use the DVI, it works perfectly. Now my problem is that when I use the DVI input my monitor won't work, it will go like monitor is going to sleep. I tried checking the power setting and thats not the problem. How do I fix my DVI input???

Either do what yad said and try a new cable, or you can try uninstalling and reinstalling your graphics driver. It's possible a setting got changed in there which disabled displays over DVI.
