How do I focus my screen?

Computer screen is making my eyes get out of focus.?

  • my comp screen is like a foot and a half away from my face and after long period and i stare at something else its out of focus and all weird. im near sited 2 is this weird or do i needa do something about screen.

    First, you should see your doctor and tell them about this. You may have some real vision issues going on. Are you diabetic? I am and my eyes become very blurry when my blood sugar is high.

I would first suggest have a friend look at the screen for you when you suspect it is blurry and ask them if it is for them too. If friend says it is not blurry then try saline Eye drops every hour when you know you are going to be ont he computer for extended periods. If not helping then go buy some 1.5 or 3x over the counter eye glasses at CVS or RITE Aid or other Pharmacy near the back with the eye drops and such. It may reduce the blurriness. and allow yrou eyes to focus better for long periods of time. If continues, get an eye exam. Maybe symptomattic of other issues.
