My monitor is broken. What do I do?

What to do with a broken HP computer monitor?

  • I bought a flat panel HP computer monitor for my daughter about 3 months ago. Regretfully, I didn't buy the extended warranty. The screen has now gone completely black (I've researched this and it's a fairly common occurance) HP will only help if you have a warranty. I bought it from Wal Mart....wonder what the chances are of them taking it back??? I know I should have bought the warranty, but you would think that something like this would have lasted more than 3 months!!

I would take it back to Wal Mart and see if they can do something for you. Wal Mart is very good when it comes to customer care.

Well... Just throw it away.... Hahahahaha. Just kidding. Look I was working for Walmart in Electronics Department, and everytime we have a problem like yours, the client acted having a grumpy attidute, and wanted to talk to the manager, so we changed just like that¡¡¡¡ So.. you should do it this way..
