What can be wrong with the computer screen?

What's wrong with my computer screen?

  • I just got my computer back from the repair shop and plugged in the screen, mouse, keyboard, and speakers. I turned it on and nothing happened to the screen. I have 2 places I can plug in a screen so I unplugged the screen and put in the second hole I get the windows xp loading page then the screen goes black and then the screen goes to energy saver mode. The computer had a virus and The repair guy ended up having to reinstall windows. I don't know if this may have anything to do with it. I tried calling the place I got it repaired but was not able to get an answer tonight.

    You can always try useing a another cord. and test your computer with another monitor if everything fails. its could be your graphics card not being up to date

may be ur pc resolution is high so ur monitor cannot display.. try can adjust de resolution at safe mode or use other monitor (prefer LCD monitor) to set ur resolution lower.. hope information above can help u. Good Luck!
