What do i need to hook up my xbox 360 and pc, up to my pc monitor?

I already have the 360 vga cable. i need the 360 and pc hooked to my monitor both at once so i dont have to keep unhooking it every time i wanna use one or the other. my pc has vga and dvi-d input on the back of it.

If your monitor and your PC have HDMI port, you can use HDMI switch box. Connect your Xbox and yoru PC to the switch and run out HDMI cable from it to the monitor. If you don't have HDMI, get a KVM switch that supports DVI video and also buy HDMI-to-DVI adapter or cable. You will use adapter to connect your Xbox360 HDMI port to DVI port in the KVM Box. Connect second DVI cable from PC to KVM box, and hookup monitor to KVM. You can will be able to switch between Xbox and PC with a press of a button.
