I desperatly need PC Help, I moved my computer to downstairs to upstairs, and the Moniter wont turn on?

So I moved my computer upstairs today, and the computer and everything works, its just the Moniter wont show anything, the green light when its on during the computer when thats on is always orange as if it were off, the computer and everything works great, I know the Moniter does too cause I just used it last night, I really need help, has this happend to anyone before? Does anyone know how to fix it?

Answer:
It appears that either a) your monitor cable is not attached properly b) your monitor cable is not attached to the right connector (built in video adaptor/add-in video card) or c) you knocked your video card loose
