What I Mean Is What Dell Driver Do I Need To Make My Screen Smaller? Right Now I Can See The Start Button On My Screen But Not The Whole Page. Its Like The Page Is Stretched To Fit A Screen 3 Times The Size That I Have. I Already Went To The Control Panel But It Keeps Telling Me That I'm Missing The Hardware Or That It Keeps Searching For It

Right click on the screen and select properties. then click on the settings tab, then adjust the resolution

Without a clue as to what PC model you have (Dell has 100's of different ones) and what type of graphics card you have installed, all I can recommend is going to the Windows Update site http://www.microsoftupdate.com/ and running their tool to see if it can detect the correct driver.
