My computer's Screen will not come up, why?

Do touch-screen computers come with a pen of some-kind ?

  Okay.. there are tablets.. and then there are computers. and example of a tablet.. would be the iPad.. its all touch.. and you can buy things like the keyboard and whatever else.. so it acts like a computer.. it doesnt come with a "pen" because its thermal touch.. well I know apple doesnt make anything like that for it.. but im sure there might be some kind of company that makes something similar to a pen for it.. and then there is the touch screen computer.. then only touch screes computer that ive heard of is made by hp.. and I heard the laptop touch screen works like crap.. and I have actually used it...and well it does.. the desktop hp touch screen is AMAZING though! I love it! It does not come with a pen either.. but im sure you can buy one for it if you decide to buy the computer. just ask a sales representative. hope this helps :)
