Can I play video games on my flat screen computer monitor?
-
It's a HP 2159m. Can I play video games on my monitor without it messing up in any type of way? I ask this because I heard if you play video games on some flat screen TV's/monitors, then it can make it stop working properly. I'm ready to play on it because I bought the VGA to S-Video component needed to play on it. So please I want to know!

Yeah there is no chance (at all) of it damaging a monitor I have played games on one that's 10 years old and apart from it already being a bad monitor it has never damaged it. To the monitor there is no difference between watching a video and playing a game there is nothing to worry about, now the hard part is convincing your mom.
