Can i use dual monitors?

Does a XFX Radeon HD 5450 1GB DDR2 PCI Express support dual monitors? I wanna use my hd tv as one monitor and just a regular monitor with it so i can i use the hdmi our put and the vga at the same time? And if so can will i be able to use them as two different desktops where i can drag something from one screen to the other?

Answer:
Its not always the graphics that's the problem its to OS you have to worry about. If your graphics card has more than one port at the back then it can support more than one screen. I have dual screens and it has nothing to do with the graphics. If your OS supports dual screens then just turn off your pc and connect the other screen then turn it back on again then right Click and go to screen resolution and change the setting ' multiple displays ' and select extend these displays.
