Hello my computer messed up some how with a black screen and a blinking white _ in the top left corner helpplz?

it had just restored from a system reboot error and around 15 - 20 minuites later i turned off my computer to clean up my house then i went to try to turn it back on and it loaded successful but then it just turned off agin i tryed to turn it on agin and then it gave me a black screen with a white blinking _ in the top left corner can anyone tell why or how this happened please because i need my computer
