Help with computer screen resolution?

My computer screen is having color and resolution problems, please help!?

  I think it's the screen resolution, on the desktop, right click and then click properties, in the window that comes up, click on the Settings tab, then where it says 'Screen Resolution' move the slider to the right one or two clicks, then click on 'Apply' and see if it's the size you want, mess with it till you find a setting you like.
