Can't run dual monitors while playing full screen game.?

I have been able to do this before i reformatted my computer, but when i play a full screen games like starcraft, the second screen gets all glitchy looking and the colors get all messed. I have been able to do this in the past but i don't know what happened. If anyone knows the solution to this, it would be greatly appreciated. Heres a picture with what i mean. Looks like you might need to download and install the latest drivers for your video card. Since you didn't mention which video card you have, I can't direct you to the proper website.
