Is it bad to move LCD screen when the computer is on?

My computer screen moved to the left and its not moving back. What do I do?!?

The computer screen is an LCD TV moniter so I don't have the 'four buttons' that I could use to move it back.

there must be a software instead ...for monitor changes......search your monitor's model drivers on internet..... i hope this helps....
