What are good computer monitors for gaming?

So now i am going to ask, what are the best monitors in the $200-250 price range? I will be using this monitor for gaming so it will need to have a fast response time and little to no ghosting or motion blur. I would like the minimum screen size to be 22" and the screen resolution to be 1920x1080 (1080p) or greater. Thanks for your help!
