Computer turns on but the monitor doesn't receive signal?

Computer turns on, however monitor displays orange button but no signal, keyboard does not light up?

• i have tried pluggin in a New motherboard, new processor and an msi cyclone graphics card and monitor still doesnt display image... tried plugging in a different monitor...plugging my monitor into another computer...nothing has worked....any help?

  Well there are many reasons why a computer would not turn on. You have listed a few parts which you say are new... so if after you installed a new motherboard a new CPU and a new graphics card and you still get nothing I will start investigating your power supply. But first make sure you take out the obvious problems make sure your monitor is well plugged also check the wire from the monitor to the desktop make sure its in good condition. also try running it on without the new graphics card. if after you try to run the PC without the new graphics card and it still does the same i would start investigating your power supply. make sure it does not have dirt in it if it does clean it and try it on a different computer, now if the computer you are trying it on does the same than its your power supply but if it works and all i will check out your graphics card.
