How can I put my computer back on its standard resolution?

My computer screen is too big how can i put it back too normal?

  • One day i turn on my laptop (windows xp) and everything was too big and it wasn't like that before. I search online and read that im suppose to go to settings and change the resolution too were i want it. Problem is I tried that already yeah the desktops and other things go back to size but (this is the wierd part) when its change to how i want it i have to move it around to see the whole computer screen but when its big everthing is good no screen moving or nothing just everythings big. HELP PLEASE what can i do to put everything in the size i want with out the screen moving. THNX

    On your monitor either in the side or bottom of it there should be a button that says 'auto' or 'adjustment' just press it. It should fix it.

Ok so first, you pick up your laptop and you hit it with a golf club like daniel tosh did to an i pad once, then you throw it against a walll and throw it away then buy a new laptop, repeat.

Go into control panel, look around for "adjust screen resolution", slide to max. Or you might be able to right click on the desktop and go into preferences there.
