My desktop screen is blue. How can I fix this?

How do i fix my desktop screen from being solid blue?

  • It's solid blue and I can only see my cursor I can move my cursor that's it. There's no icons whatsoever. No start either. Please help

That is a technical fault, Glitch. You will have to buy a recovery disk or take your computer to a computer technician. Have you tried restarting it? Another thing to do is this: as your computer starts press and hold F8. A black and white menu should appear and then choose the startup repair option. And well thats about it. Hope it helps

Try to hit alt-control-delete on your keyboard, then choose log off. It can help.
