your computer is infected by a virus, try to clean the virus first, after cleaned, go to control panel then folder option, choose view tab, choose "show hidden files and folders', and uncheck "hide protected operating system files", then choose apply, then run your explorer, don't run from my computer at desktop, run from start menu or push windows button + E, click C: at folder tab, you will see files which never shown before, delete dekstop.ini, autorun.inf, and tumbs.db if exist, after this change the folder option to default settings, Good luck, GBU
