PC desktop monitor no display? how to solve the problem?

I test the power supply work fine, proccessor fan working fine and installed video card PCI express xfx 9400gt still not working. Can you give more solution how to solve it

possibly switch (in Bios) the graphics from onboard to PCI-E.

push the on/ff button on the monitor, make sure you plug your monitor correctly and the power cable is plug to an electrical outlay. Otherwise, your poor monitor died, and it is time to get another one.
