You didn't specify what your operating system was, but if you have Windows, like me, it is usually a square button near the center of the top of your screen. Look for a button that has two arrows on it, one going up and one going down. THAT is the refresh button. If you still can't find it, you can also RIGHT CLICK on a clear place on your screen and a little square menu screen will appear nearby. Look down near the bottom of that screen (above the word "properties") and you will see the word "refresh". Put your cursor (arrow) on that word and LEFT CLICK. The word itself is a "refresh" button.
