Hook up a MacBook to a non-Apple monitor?
-
Hi, Being on a laptop so much hurts my neck, so I was wanted to use my MacBook Pro like a desktop computer. I was wondering what the best way to hook up an Apple MacBook to a Gateway monitor is. Do you need some cable, what is the best and least expensive way to do this? Thank You

Answer:
Specific model details would produce a specific answer but in general you will need something like a Mini DVI to DVI or VGA depending on the connections available on the monitor and Mac.
