Weird screen position and scrolling?
-
this is weird, i just turned on my computer and the screen is like more to the right than it should be so thats its cutting off a small part of the scroll bar, and theres a black margin to the left, even though when i use the buttons on my monitor it says the position is perfect what else is weird is when i scroll on firefox, it doesnt do it properly. Its hard to explain but its like if I scroll down these horizontal lines run down the page as if its loading a new page each time, if you get me? its hard to explain

Answer:
So the placement of the screen is off, and it's drawing random lines/flickering? Sounds like it's just a bad or old monitor, tbh. You could get it repaired or buy a new one.
