Youtube Messed up on Mac?

Youtube is all messed up on my mac! The quality has gone down, and there is no sound! I tried clearing cookies and cache, it didn't work. I also tried the applications-utilities-midi.. etc and all that but i'm so confused on it and it doesn't seem to work either!!
