What do I need to use Xbox on my PC monitor?

Need recommendation to buy a new Computer Monitor?

• I dont know pretty much about Monitor / T.V. I am a gamer. But what i would like is to be able to use it as a T.V. for my console and Monitor for my PC This is what im looking for Dimmesion : 16:9 Size : 24 inches Easy access button to switch between Computer and Console :P NO integrated DVD please >_< -------- Plugs -------- Console all come with those wire of tree color (red, white, yellow) and the Xbox have the wire (blue, green, red) <is this for playing on high definition ???? My Graphic Card on my Computer have HDMI and DVI plug , but i wish i could play on HD on my computer so i guess i need a HDMI wire on the monitor/tv?? If you find something around 300$ , i will be in heaven. :)

Unless it has two HDMI slots, but I don't think it does.
