How can i change the color of the taskbar?

  • on windows 7 how do i change the taskbar color do i need aero because if so im ****** because i cant use aero because this is a level 1 pc and im tired of this dead blue gray color i wanna make it a darker blue or black or gray but i cant do anything i even got background that make the color change and nothing happened

colour full language ...the word is messed up right click desktop and select personalisation the click the window colour icon at the bottom of the window pick your detail here if you want the Classic setting window click the text,,,,advanced appearance settings AND don't forget to save changes
